Guinness World Records recently confirmed that the Shuka Vana bird home in Mysuru, India has set a record for the Most bird species in an aviary.

Guinness World Records recently confirmed that the Shuka Vana bird home in Mysuru, India has set a record for the Most bird species in an aviary.

Shuka vana was set up byDr. Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji.

Also, Shuka Vana consist of the striking 50-metre high free-flight aviary has around 2,100 colourful residents, of 468 different species.

Furthermore, Shuka Vana was covering an overall build up area of one acre.

 

Furthermore, Dr. Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji has a good relationship with the birds in Shuka Vana and also trained many birds to interact with the visitors.

Not only preserving this species. But also, he is treating the injured, sick and abandoned birds.

Sri Swamiji currently holds eight Guinness World Records titles. Also, including Largest Hindu Smriti, Most people chanting and Largest display of bonsai trees.

The record-breaking display of bonsai trees was hosted at the International Bonsai Convention and Exposition in December 2016 and consisted of 2,649 cultivated plants.

Dr Swamiji’s zodiac garden has since become a popular tourist destination.

Similar to the aviary, it was created to preserve rare species of nature inside the hugely populated city of Mysuru.
